Appointments and Cancellations

Patients may call our office to schedule an appointment. New patients are welcome and we truly appreciate referrals. When we reserve appointment time for our patients, we strive to value your time and attempt to be as prompt as possible. In the event that an appointment must be cancelled, we request as much notice as possible ( ideally 48 hours) so that we may offer the time to another patient or deal with a same-day emergency. That being said, we are very accommodating and respectful of personal , family or health issues that may affect your appointment schedule and of course weather and driving conditions and ask that you just make an effort to let us know at your earliest convenience.

We offer extended hours of operation and are open on the weekend, and we offer emergency calls to patients of record when closed . We are also able to call in refill prescriptions to the pharmacy closest to you in the event of an emergency so keep our telephone number handy. During office hours, we like to see emergencies the same day, but ask patients to be as flexible as possible as we work them into the schedule, after all, you the patient can never plan for an emergency, but we do, so just call.
